Thinking Visually With David Armano

View More Free Videos Online at Veoh.com

Pretty sweet seminar on thinking. Thinking that thinking is more than just thinking, but isn't separate from thinking. Yah! It's all about visual thought and some different ways to think things. Visually.

Do you think this is kind of like a mini-TED Talk?

Siftables: Like edibles, only not

Here we have a new interface in which to control the storage and processing of electronic data. Each little thinga-magummy has some pre-programmed actions into letting it do whatever you like from music to word games to math to playing different digital media to interfacing with a larger CPU.

Now, I ain't no gadget whiz, but this could really tear some shit up in the nicest, most educational way possible.

Huge Fail

Samsung Releases Transparent Display

Um... I think I've died and gone to the future.

I Run This Beach, Bitches

Should've Gone To The Pool

This is my worst nightmare. Not being on land, a ginormous man-eater wants to sample for a snack, and my ability to swim is about on par with an 8-year olds.

My question is, what's the person taking the picture going to do? Hmmm....

Mattel Introduces Its Telekinetic Moving Game....

Take that Yoda. So this is still in the prototype stages, but that's right, they're coming out with tech enabling us, mere humans, to move shit with our minds. Well, our minds and electronic nerve stimuli. It uses biofeedback. So the best way to describe it is as a trumped-up EEG reader.

Every Star Wars fan is going to have one. Insert Padawan joke here.

And it's time like these I love being the geek. It's only going to be $90-100, so even I may try and flex my cerebral cortex. Awesome.

Face The Music

WGN 9: Now Featuring The Anchors

I've always wondered what news broadcasters do in their downtime. One thing I found is that they don't always wear pants. And by pants I mean slacks. A lot of the folks wear jeans.

The fact that these anchors got rhythm make me trust them even more. News me.

Augmented Reality on the iPhone

Boom.

History Of The Internet

Cell Phone Reunion

With the introduction of the iPhone into my life, I've noticed a change. A change where I don't get lost anymore, my mp3 player (oops, I mean iTunes) means I can jam out whenever, and that I actually look like an effin' professional.

Does it make me feel/act like douchebag? That all depends. If you have one, no I'm not. If you don't, I'm not a douche, you just need to get one.

I kid, I kid....

Wanted: Any Guy

Could this be more ambiguous?

NFL Films: Awesomeness

Oh to be 9 ft tall, as big as a house, and being able to punch through walls. All to catch a ball. One day, I hope to have a budget to do this. One day....

Lost Generation

This is amazing. Not just from a conceptual standpoint, but the writing, marone. It's unbelievable.

It was done for an AARP U@50. The creator of this film was 20. Hooray young people!
